Requirements:

•  Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role
•  Relevant qualifications in healthcare: level 5 qualification in QQI or level 7 in Social care,
•  Fluency in English
•  EU citizen
•  Be fully Reliable/Dependable- Available for evenings and weekends.
•  Full Clean Drivers Licence and Use of vehicle is essential
•  Others

 Responsibilities of the role:

•  Provide high standards of emotional, social and personal care to clients.
•  Accurate record-keeping and writing detailed reports
•  Continuous training and upskilling applicable to the role
•  Implement the client's care plan.
•  Provide practical and emotional support to clients in a professional manner
•  Travelling to and from Clients houses to provide personal care
