4 Bakers. Rövershagen (Germany)

The German company KARLS is looking for 4 BAKERS.

Tasks:

You will be responsible for producing our high-quality baked goods, such as farmhouse breads, rolls, and cakes – all crafted using traditional methods combined with modern techniques.
In our open bakeries, you’ll let our fans watch you work and impress them with your skills.
You will contribute creative ideas to expand our product range and bring variety.
You will carefully select and process ingredients, always striving for the highest quality.
Cleanliness, order, and adherence to hygiene standards are second nature to you – you’re a true advocate for quality.

Skills:

Language skills German - at least at A2 level (alternatively for EU applicants: Willingness to learn German in the coming months as well as English skills)
Ideally, you have completed training as a baker and gained initial experience in the craft (at least one or two years)
Passion for food and the desire to create exceptional products with creativity and craftsmanship.
Enjoy working in a dynamic team and interacting directly with our fans.

Salary:

14,50€/hour gross
Punctual wage payment and billing accurate to the minute, plus cash-out option: access your earned wages at any time. Yes, extra pay on Sundays and public holidays.
